There's no worse feeling than having someone be so close to you, but you not be as close with them. And all of your chances of doing anything, just seem to fall asleep, and everything that once seemed tangible now seems too far. Nothing good happens after 1 a.m.: that's what my dad would always say, and now I'm starting to believe him.

When you feel like the world is in the process of swallowing you whole... only to gag on you and spit you right back up.
